1. About Mopti Living: Mopti Living offers homeware, décor, gifts, fragrance, textiles, handmade pieces, artisan-made objects, and other lifestyle products.

Many of our pieces are handmade, sourced in small batches, or limited in quantity. Natural variations in colour, texture, shape, finish, size, weave, pattern, or handmade detail are part of the character of these items and are not considered defects.

2. Use of Our Website: You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only.

You may not use our website in a way that damages, disrupts, interferes with, or compromises the security of the site, our business, or other users.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, exploit, or misuse any part of the website, product images, written content, branding, design, or other materials without our written permission.

3. Product Information: We do our best to ensure that all product descriptions, images, prices, measurements, colours, and availability information are accurate and up to date.

However, slight variations may occur, especially with handmade, artisan-made, natural, vintage, or small-batch items.

Colours may also appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting, photography, and device display.

Product dimensions are provided as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur.

4. Pricing: All prices are listed in Kenya Shillings unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without prior notice. Once an order has been confirmed and paid for, the price paid at checkout or invoice confirmation will apply to that order.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, whether caused by technical issues, typographical mistakes, or incorrect product uploads. If this affects an order already placed, we will contact you before proceeding.

5. Orders Acceptance:  Placing an order does not automatically mean that the order has been accepted.

An order is accepted once payment has been confirmed and we have confirmed that the item is available.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where an item is unavailable, incorrectly priced, damaged, incorrectly listed, or where we are unable to fulfil the order.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, we will arrange a refund, exchange, or store credit as appropriate.

6. Payment: Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed.

Payment must be completed through the payment methods made available by Mopti Living.

We are not responsible for delays caused by failed payments, pending payment confirmation, incorrect transaction details, or issues with third-party payment providers.

7. Order Processing:  Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed.

For items that are in stock, orders placed before 3 pm are usually prepared for dispatch on the same working day. Orders placed after 3 pm, over the weekend, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Some orders may require additional preparation time, especially fragile items, bulky items, multiple-item orders, or items requiring special packaging.

8. Shipping & Delivery: Delivery timelines and charges depend on your location, the size of your order, item weight, handling requirements, and the delivery partner used.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by rider availability, courier schedules, weather, traffic, public holidays, incomplete delivery information, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please provide complete and accurate delivery information. Mopti Living is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unclear delivery details.

Once an order has been dispatched or handed over to a delivery partner, delivery is subject to the delivery partner’s timelines and procedures.

9. International Shipping:  International shipping may be available on selected items upon request.

Because many Mopti Living pieces are handmade, fragile, bulky, or irregular in shape, international shipping is quoted on a case-by-case basis.

Customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, and customs delays are the responsibility of the customer.

Fragile, oversized, or highly delicate items may not be eligible for international shipping.

10. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds: Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and issue reported.

Approved refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

11. Availability:  Many Mopti Living items are limited in quantity and may not be restocked.

We do our best to keep stock information accurate, but availability may change.

If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and offer an alternative, store credit, or refund.

12: Care & Use: Customers are responsible for using, handling, cleaning, storing, and maintaining products appropriately.

Mopti Living is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, mishandling, exposure to unsuitable conditions, improper cleaning, incorrect installation, or normal wear and tear.

For candles, incense, and fragrance products, customers must follow safe use practices and never leave burning items unattended.

13. Intellectual Property: All content on the Mopti Living website and related platforms, including images, product descriptions, written content, logos, graphics, styling, layouts, and branding, belongs to Mopti Living or is used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, use, or exploit our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

14. Third Party Services: We may use third-party service providers for payment processing, delivery, website hosting, email communication, and other business operations.

Mopti Living is not responsible for delays, errors, service interruptions, or technical issues caused by third-party providers, but we will do our best to assist where possible.

15. Limitation of Liability: Mopti Living will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, products, delivery services, or third-party services.

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the value of the item purchased, subject to our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy.

Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
