Shipping policy
Order Processing: For items that are in stock, orders placed before 3 pm are usually prepared for dispatch on the same working day. Orders placed after 3 pm, over the weekend, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Details: Please provide complete and accurate delivery details, including the recipient’s name, phone number, delivery address, estate/building name, house or office number, and any helpful directions.
Mopti Living will not be responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect delivery information.
If the recipient is unavailable, unreachable, or unable to receive the delivery, the order may be returned or rescheduled. Additional delivery charges may apply for a second delivery attempt.
Nairobi Delivery: We deliver within Nairobi via motorbike courier. Order before 3PM for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 3PM will be delivered the following business day. Delivery fee: KES 500.
Some orders may require additional preparation time, especially fragile items, large items, multiple-item orders, or items requiring special packaging. Where this applies, we will let you know before dispatch.
Rest of Kenya: We deliver outside Nairobi through third-party courier partners.
Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination, courier schedule, and item size. Most upcountry deliveries take approximately 1–3 working days after dispatch, but some locations may take longer.
Free Shipping Free shipping is available on all orders over KES 10,000, automatically applied at checkout — no code needed.
Fragile Items: Many of our pieces are handmade, delicate, or fragile. We take care to pack them securely, but we ask that all items are checked on arrival.
Any issue with a delivered item should be reported within 24 hours of receipt, with clear photos of the item and packaging.
International Shipping: Because many Mopti Living pieces are handmade, fragile, bulky, or irregular in shape, international shipping is quoted on a case-by-case basis. Shipping charges depend on the destination, item size, weight, packaging requirements, and courier rates at the time of dispatch.
Please contact us before placing an international order so we can confirm whether the item can be shipped safely and provide a delivery estimate.
Customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, and any delays caused by customs are the responsibility of the customer.
Fragile, oversized, or highly delicate items may not be eligible for international shipping.
14. Third Party Services: We may use third-party service providers for payment processing, delivery, website hosting, email communication, and other business operations.
Mopti Living is not responsible for delays, errors, service interruptions, or technical issues caused by third-party providers, but we will do our best to assist where possible.
