Our Commitment: Every item from Mopti Living is made with care. If something arrives damaged or is not as described, we will make it right.

Product Images: Product images are for illustrative purposes. As our items are handmade, minor variations in colour, finish, and texture from images shown are to be expected and are not grounds for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at sales@moptiliving.com or by phone +254 717 488 565 with a photo of the item and your order number.

Where the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, exchange, repair, store credit, or refund, depending on the nature of the item and availability.

Change of Mind: As many of our products are handmade and made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Delivery Costs: Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was delivered damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.

For fragile or bulky items, return delivery must be arranged in a way that protects the item from damage in transit.

Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method.
